Cookie Policy.

Use of cookies and similar technologies on reset-corp.com: strictly necessary cookies and statistical analytics subject to consent.

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy describes how the website reset-corp.com (the "Site"), operated by RESET (the "Firm"), uses cookies and similar technologies when a visitor browses its pages.

Acceptance or rejection of non-essential cookies is managed through the consent banner shown to the visitor on their first visit to the Site.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website sends to the visitor's browser and that gets stored on their device. Cookies let the site recognize the browser on later visits, remember visitor preferences, and gather statistical information about site usage.

Cookies can be classified by several criteria:

  • By who manages them: first-party cookies (managed directly by the Firm) and third-party cookies (managed by external providers).
  • By duration: session cookies (deleted when the browser closes) and persistent cookies (stored for a defined period).
  • By purpose: technical cookies (essential for the site to work), analytics cookies (collecting usage statistics), personalization cookies (remembering preferences), and advertising cookies (used to show ads).

3. Cookies the Site uses

The Firm uses only strictly necessary technical cookies and, where the visitor authorizes it, statistical analytics cookies. The Firm does not profile visitors for advertising purposes and does not share identifiers with third-party advertising networks.

3.1 Technical (strictly necessary) cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Site to work correctly. They do not require visitor consent because the Site cannot provide the requested service without them. They include:

  • Session cookies that keep the visitor's journey through the Site intact.
  • Cookies that remember the visitor's decision on the cookie consent banner.
  • Security cookies that help protect the Site against automated attacks.

3.2 Statistical analytics cookies

When authorized by the visitor, these cookies let the Firm measure how the Site is used in order to improve the experience and the information offered. The information collected is aggregated and, to the extent technically possible, anonymized. They are off by default.

3.3 Contact form cookies (Zoho)

When a visitor submits the contact form, the Zoho CRM platform may set its own cookies to manage the form session and verify submission integrity. These cookies are governed by Zoho Corporation's own privacy and cookie policy.

4. Management and consent

On first access to the Site, the visitor receives a consent banner that lets them accept all cookies, reject them (except strictly necessary ones), or set their preference by category. The visitor's decision is respected until they expressly change it.

The visitor can change their decision at any time via the "Cookie settings" link available in the Site's footer.

Additionally, the visitor can manage cookies directly from their browser settings. Most browsers allow viewing and deleting stored cookies, blocking cookies from specific sites, configuring automatic blocking of third-party cookies, and enabling private browsing mode.

5. Retention

  • Session cookies: deleted when the browser closes.
  • Persistent technical cookies: up to twelve (12) months, depending on the case.
  • Statistical analytics cookies: depending on the provider's configuration, typically between six (6) and twenty-four (24) months.

6. Changes

The Firm may update this Cookie Policy when it adds new functionality to the Site, changes service providers, or when required by applicable law. Changes take effect once published on the Site. Where changes are substantial, the Firm will ask for the visitor's consent again.

7. Contact

For questions about this Cookie Policy: [email protected].
